ENCAPSULATED BOTTOM: This induction cooktop has an encapsulated thermal base as 4.5 mm thickness. Its extremely heat-responsive bottom transfers heat and spreads it quickly and evenly, throughout the pan, all the way to the rim.

EASY TO CLEAN: Serenk pots and pans are dishwasher safe. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.
